Shilajit (shee-la-jeet) is a concentrated source of trace minerals and fulvic acid derived from mineral pitch. Swanson Superior Herbs Shilajit Extract features a classic preparation with the historic Ayurvedic herbal combination Triphala, which includes the herbs Amla, Harada and Baharda in equal proportions. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule per day with water.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), may contain one or both of the following: magnesium stearate, silica.
