1) Return eligibility and conditions
Return window: Les retours sont acceptés dans 30 jours à compter de la date de livraison.
Product condition: Returns are accepted only for new items (unused and unopened, with original packaging/seals intact where applicable). Because we sell food and human-consumption products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items for health and safety reasons.
Return method: Returns must be sent by post to the return address provided by our customer service team.
2) Return shipping, labels, and restocking fees
Return shipping cost: The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see Section 4).
Return label: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and label.
Restocking fees: We charge no restocking fee.
3) Refund options and processing time
Refund options: For eligible returns, you can choose between:
UN full refund to the original payment method, or
UN gift card of the same value.
Refund processing time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 7 days. Your bank/payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds after processing.
4) Damaged or incorrect items
If the product arrives damaged ou incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label (or equivalent instructions). Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue (product and packaging) to help us resolve the case quickly.
5) Lost shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact customer service so we can investigate with the carrier.
6) How to initiate a return (Step-by-step)

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with the return instructions and the return address (and a label only if the item is damaged/incorrect).
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit and ship it by post.
Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
7) Important notes
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and, for higher-value orders, purchasing shipping insurance.
Promotional items or free gifts must be returned along with the qualifying items that earned them, if you are returning the qualifying items.
This policy may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your return.
