Metabolic Nutrition, Creatine 5000™, 90 Tablets (1,666 mg per Tablet)

As a dietary supplement, take one serving equal to 3 Tablets, with 8-12 oz of water or your preferred beverage. 3 Tablets provide 5,000 mg of creatine per day.
