Anwendung:

• Bewerbung 1 bis 2 Pumpstöße (1 bis 2 ml) of the gel once or twice daily.
• On training days: Apply 1 to 2 pumps etwa 30 minutes prior to exercise. An additional application of 1 to 2 pumps may be applied approximately 8 to 12 hours later.
• On non-training days: Apply 1 to 2 pumps once or twice daily, with applications spaced approximately 8 to 12 hours apart.
• Daily use should not exceed 4 ml.
• Shake the container thoroughly before each use.
• For external topical application only.
