Metabolic Nutrition, Creatine 5000™, 270 Tablets (1,666 mg per Tablet)

As a dietary supplement, take one serving equal to, 3 Tablets, with 8-12 oz of water or your preferred beverage. 3 Tablets provides 5,000 mg of creatine per day.

Take all 3 tablets at once or spread the intake throughout the day. Creatine 5000 can be taken with or without food. Staying hydrated is suggested.
