2) Return shipping, labels, and restocking fees
Return shipping cost: The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see Section 4). Return label: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and label. Restocking fees: We charge no restocking fee.
3) Refund options and processing time

7) Important notes
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and, for higher-value orders, purchasing shipping insurance. Promotional items or free gifts must be returned along with the qualifying items that earned them, if you are returning the qualifying items. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your return.
