2 - When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 3-5 days after payment. We have 4 warehouses across the European Union and the UK, and we ship products from the warehouse closest to the delivery address.
In some cases, you may receive two separate shipments for the same order.
Once we ship your product, you will receive the tracking codes. We recommend monitoring your order’s tracking codes to follow and customize your delivery directly with the courier.
3 - Where do you ship from? Will my order be subject to customs?
Depending on your delivery address, we ship from various warehouses in the EU or the UK. Therefore, your order will never be subject to customs, which could hold up the product, and you won’t have to pay any extra duty fees. Currently, we only offer shipping for deliveries within the EU or the UK.
4 - I would like to return a product, how can I do that?

5 - How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, which are continuously being updated. We accept credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also accept PayPal (see instructions on the checkout page). Additionally, we accept cryptocurrencies for secure and anonymous payments.
6 - I received a different product.
For some products, we use different labels to pass customs and inspection checks, but the product inside is the one you purchased. Here is the legend:
